1.Overview
The inrush current controller is primarily used on power grid switches to reliably prevent erroneous tripping during switch closure and operation, as well as to provide overcurrent protection and eliminate chatter in the trip coil. It is suitable for all 10-35 kV switches (such as ZW□, LW□, DW□, SW□, etc.). When the switch is closed or in operation, and a surge current is present in the line, it can monitor the line current and control the delay for tripping to prevent accidental trips caused by inrush currents. This controller employs microcontroller technology, and when the current exceeds the set multiple of the rated current, it immediately activates fast protection, with options for delayed operation as needed.
